New modern touristic site created in Kamchatka
30.08.2023
Chalet LLC launched a new touristic site on the famous thermal springs of Kamchatka. The investment project, which included a hotel with individual houses, a restaurant, swimming pools, a sauna complex and a helicopter pad, was implemented on the Kamchatka advanced special economic zone (ASEZ).
The 6 hectares resort town is located in the Yelizovsky district.
"Our project aims, first of all, to attract tourists and to improve the health of both residents and guests of the region, taking into account environmental legislation. It is no coincidence that we chose Paratunka, which is known far beyond the borders of the region for its hot springs, thanks to which we can relax all year round. Of course, we have provided various accommodation facilities – a 32-room hotel for those who like privacy, and spacious luxury houses in the style of Alpine chalets for family holidays. We have a landscaped area with pedestrian and sport areas, swimming pools, a two-storey restaurant. Our complex gives you the opportunity to do sports or retire and relax in peace and quiet. We are ready to offer guests entertainment, including helicopter excursions. We strive not only to show Kamchatka's uniqueness to residents, Russian and foreign guests of the peninsula, but also to preserve the pristine nature," shared
Anastasia Mikhailovskaya, Director of Chalet LLC.
According to the project manager, the volume of investments in the projects exceeded the planned and amounted to 1.6 billion rubles. In addition, the resident of the Kamchatka ASEZ was compensated for the costs of creating infrastructure.
Marina Yakutova, General Director of ERDC Kamchatka and Development Corporation of Kamchatka, believes that thanks to such investment projects, the region receives the maximum economic effect, which excludes environmental damage to the nature of the peninsula.
Residents of the Kamchatka ASEZ are implementing 139 projects. In general, business has invested 43.5 billion rubles in the region's economy and created 7.5 thousand jobs. More than 40 investment projects have already been launched.
