The site is located in the most famous in Kamchatka and beyond, the Paratunka resort area, which is home to mineral and thermal springs. Due to the fact that the site is surrounded by hills, a peculiar microclimate has formed here—there are no strong winds typical of Kamchatka. Another advantage of the site is its proximity to the main transport route between Yelizovo and Termalny, where the main tourist routes to the Yuzhno-Kamchatsky Nature Park, Vilyuchinsky, Mutnovsky and Gorely volcanoes and the small valley of geysers start.
